INSTRUCTOR

Paranormal 101 will prepare you for an investigation. This course will cover everything from the initial client email through the investigation to the resolution.

I was fortunate enough to have learned under the best guys in the paranormal, Grant Wilson and Jason Hawes. I was given the opportunity to travel all over to investigate and be a part of a great TV show. It took a long time to fine tune my skills as an investigator. I can help you learn all about the types of hauntings, what to do when faced with them, and how to help the clients.

This class is informative and fun! Expect an open discussion, instruction, and experience sharing.

You will walk away with a better knowledge of each aspect of investigation as well as how to build or strengthen your paranormal investigative team.

Testimonials

Dear Kristyn:

My sister and I would like to thank you for a very well presented class. It was chock full of the information we were looking for with many bonuses. We appreciated and enjoyed your honest directness both about yourself and investigating. If you ever plan on doing Para 201 we would be very interested in attending.

Again, thank you. It was an excellent, enjoyable and very informative experience.

It was great meeting you and being at TAPS.

Sincerely,

Karen

Hi Kristyn,

Just wanted to say thank you for a really informative class yesterday. I really enjoyed it. I wanted to tell you that I used to live in Mass. I lived in Quincy, MA when I was stationed at the Naval Air Station in South Weymouth from 1986 thru 1990. During my old Navy years. I was wondering if you knew about that old Navy Base up there near you. I guess a lot of people in the area were glad that the base closed down, because a lot of sailors had DWI accidents, but mainly I think it was because a little boy got killed outside the old main gate to the air station by a drunk sailor. I heard story’s about it when I was stationed there. It happened some years before I got there. I'm still very interested in becoming a paranormal investigator. I got some equipment, but I wouldn't mind on going on some investigation with some other teams before I jump right into it. I want learn more about it and get some real experiences. I wouldn't mind traveling to work with a team either. I think the TV show is great, but like you said at the class I'm not out to be famous I'm just out for experience and I would like to join a team and get some experience if they will let me help. So if you think you can recommend any teams I can work with or if you know anyone in the Ghost hunters network that could use me as a intern let me know? I just wanted to tell you that it was a pleasure to meet you and have you share your experiences with me and my son. He got really interested after the class. He said on the way home that he didn't even know you were on the show??? LOL He's only seen the show a few times. It was all fun and informative. Thank you again!

John

Dear Kristyn,

Thank you very much for the information you shared with the group today (yesterday now) at Paranormal 101. I appreciate you taking the time to answer not only my questions, but to share your knoweledge with a group that shares the same interests as you. Many people in your shoes have bottled up the knoweledge and went on their merry way, but it takes guts to share things that you've learned with strangers. Your personality was great for teaching the class, laying it all out there (f bombs and all, although there weren't enough for my liking!) and teaching people the basics of running a group to investigating homes.

Your class has stoked my interests in the paranormal field. I always thought people thought I was crazy when I started talking about ghosts and spirits, but I now know that there are others who believe just like me that something is out there and it can take the shape of many forms and personalities. It's amazing to see how far the field has come since the '80's when I started to take interest in any ghost show on tv, or haunting myth in my hometown of Plymouth, Ma.

I was the red headed fellow with the white shirt sitting by the computer at the class, and I just hope my questions didn't seem weak or contrived, as I was amazed at your broad depth of knoweledge.

I am now interested in joining a group, and I hope that the information that I learned today is enough to go on. I have never investigated, but there is a first time for everything. I did send an email to Steve Gonsalves about possibly joining the New England Paranormal group, but I do understand that it may take some time to get this accomplished.

Thanks again for the info, and I feel that your personable abilities make you a great teacher.

Kristyn,

Thank you so much for the interesting and informative class this afternoon.

It was so helpful for my Daughter Marissa to understand what was going on--what type of (residual) ghost -we were experiencing in our last home. She was relieved to hear that it never intended to harm her, was probably just curious with the contents of her purse and her belongings. When the items in her room were moved around... I used to tell her it seemed to be like a child who wanted to check out a teenagers cool stuff. It was so difficult at the time to have her live in a home that really frightened her. Had I known about TAPS then, I would have definitely called you.

Thanks again for sharing your knowledge,

Cindy Beres
